Historic markers outline the events of the March 1865 military action, the prelude to Bentonville. The property highlights Lebanon, a plantation home used as a Confederate Hospital and the Chicora Cemetery where the battle’s dead are buried. The museum outlines the conflicts and contains artifacts from the battle found on the battlefield as well as period uniforms, a diorama and more. Annual living history events and reenactments are held at the site.
