Cape Fear River Adventure

Located in Lillington on the historic Cape Fear River, they provide canoe and Kayak rentals for river trips, individuals and groups. The boat rentals are hourly, daily and overnight trips. Hammerstone Scout Museum

Located nine miles west of Lillington, less than 10 minutes from Raven Rock State Park. The museum takes you back almost 100 years to the very roots of the Scouting movement. Contains memorabilia of Scouting pioneers and heroes.

Historic Summerville Presbyterian Church

The church was charted in 1811 and built in 1845-46 and is maintained in its original architectural design without alterations. The adjoining cemetery contains the grave of a mysterious stranger found dead on the steps of the church. Since that time the church doors have never been locked.
